Grand River Film Festival, or GRFF, has announced the list of short films in competition at the 2022 edition of the festival.
The Grand River Film Festival, or GRFF, now in 14th year, has announced the complete list of the short films in competition at the 2022 edition of the festival, which is scheduled to take place as a hybrid event from May 9-22, 2022. The main Grand River Film Festival, GRFF’22, which runs from May 9-22, offers virtual screenings (hosted by Eventive) throughout the festival dates, and limited in-person screenings from May 11-14 in Cambridge, Ontario, in Canada.
Grand River Film Festival, or GRFF, hosts both an annual festival and year-round film programs dedicated to bringing bold, reflective and inspiring films to Waterloo Region (Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo).
The GRFF hosts local, Canadian, and international films, pairing screenings with panels consisting of directors, film professionals, local interest groups and notable guest speakers. GRFF recognizes the power of film to connect people and is thrilled to act as a vehicle for the community to build relationships and host meaningful conversations within the Waterloo Region.

In the ‘Made in Canada’ shorts program section of the festival, 6 short movies will be screened.
