Festival International du Film Amateur de Kelibia 2022 winners

Festival International du Film Amateur de Kelibia (FIFAK) has announced the complete list of award winners for 2022 festival, which took place in the capital city of Tunisia from August 13-20.

Created in 1964, Festival International du Film Amateur de Kelibia (FIFAK) is a film event organized by the Tunisian Federation of Amateur Filmmakers and supported by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs and in collaboration with the National Center for Cinema and Image and the Municipality of the city of Kelibia.

FIFAK is the oldest manifestation of cinema in Tunisia, known as the cradle of the majority of filmmakers and technicians of the Tunisian scene.

National Competition

Parallel Awards (Prix Parallèle)

Winner: “La Tiktokeuse” by Nicko Dji.

The ATPCC Award of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to “La Tiktokeuse” by Nicko Dji.

Amnesty International Award (Le Prix Amensty International)

Winner: “La Tiktokeuse” by Nicko Dji.

The Amnesty International award of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to “La Tiktokeuse” by Nicko Dji.

Kelibia Municipality Award (Le Prix de la Municipalité de Kélibia)

Winner: “Polarnacht” by Mayess Sammoud.

The Kelibia Municipality Award (Le Prix de la Municipalité de Kélibia) of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to “Polarnacht” by Mayess Sammoud.

National Photo and Screenplay Competition

Best Photo (Le Prix Meilleure Photo)

Winner: Tarek Laabidi

Tarek Laabidi won the award for Best Photo in the National Photo and Screenplay Competition section of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022.
The jury awarded an special mention to Mohamed Amine Arfaoui.

Best Screenplay Award (Le Prix Meilleur Scénario)

Winner: “10 and Goal” by Yassine Belhadj

The Best Screenplay Award (Le Prix Meilleur Scénario) in the National Photo and Screenplay Competition section of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to Yassine Belhadj’s “10 and Goal”.

Special Jury Award (Le Prix Spécial Jury)

Winner: “EDICIUS” by Amir Belhaj Salah.

The Special Jury Award (Le Prix Spécial Jury) of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to “EDICIUS” by Amir Belhaj Salah.

Best Amateur / Independent Film Award (Le Prix Meilleur Film Independant / Amateur)

Winner: “For Light” by Youssef Ben Amara.

The Best Amateur / Independent Film Award (Le Prix Meilleur Film Independant / Amateur) in the National Competition section of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to “For Light” by Youssef Ben Amara.

Best Film School Award (Le Prix Meilleur Film École)

Winner: “Rouge, Orange Vert. Triptyque de la rue” by Aymen Daboussi.

The Best Film School Award (Le Prix Meilleur Film École) in the National Competition section of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to “Rouge, Orange Vert. Triptyque de la rue” by Aymen Daboussi.

Grand Prix (Le Grand Prix)

Winner: “Pourquoi Moi?” by Marwa Tiba.

The Grand Prix (Le Grand Prix) award in the National Competition section of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to “Pourquoi Moi?” by Marwa Tiba.

Special Mentions

  • Two special mentions for Idea and Writing (l’idée et l’écriture) were awarded to “Nuclear love” by Ilyes Jeridi and “أرواح عارية” (“Âmes Nues”) by Houssem Ali Elechi.
  • Two special mentions for Originality were awarded to ”Pomme d’amour” by Donia Ghadhab and “Est-ce vrai?” by Maya Blouze.
  • An special mention for Editing and Sound (Montage et le son) was awarded to “كتلة” (“La dernière aube avant la panique”) by Hamza Hedfi

International Competition

Best Experimental Film Award (Le Prix Meilleur Film Experimental)

Winner: “Palimpseste” (Tunisia), Directed by Mohamed Osman Kilani

The Best Experimental Film Award (Le Prix Meilleur Film Experimental) in the International Competition section of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to “Palimpseste” by Mohamed Osman Kilani from Tunisia.

Best Documentary Film Award (Le Prix Meilleur Film Documentaire)

Winner: “Alaman” (Kyrgyzstan), Directed by Ilgiz Sherniyaz.

The Best Documentary Film Award (Le Prix Meilleur Film Documentaire) in the International Competition section of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to “Alaman” by Ilgiz Sherniyaz from Kyrgyzstan.

Best Animation Film Award (Le Prix Meilleur Film Animation)

Winner: “Thé hole” (Poland), Directed by Pierre Kaźmierczak.

The Best Animation Film Award (Le Prix Meilleur Film Animation) in the International Competition section of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to “Thé hole” by Pierre Kaźmierczak from Poland.

Best Fiction Film (Le Prix Meilleur Film Fiction)

Winner: “Katvoman” (Iran), Directed by Hadi Sheibani.

The Best Fiction Film (Le Prix Meilleur Film Fiction) in the International Competition section of the 35th Kelibia International Amateur Film Festival, or FIFAK 2022, went to “Katvoman” by Hadi Sheibani from Iran.

Grand Prize “The Golden Falcon” (Le Grand Prix “LE FAUCON D’OR”)

Winner: “Les larmes de la Seine” (France), Directed by Yanis Belaid.
