FENACIES – Festival Nacional de Cine Estudiantil (English: Student Film Festival FENACIES), the national student film festival in Uruguay, takes place each September in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Founded in 2010, the Student Film Festival FENACIES takes place each September in different locations in Uruguay, where children and young people from all around the country as well as students from the rest of the world, have the opportunity to attend and participate.

The Student Film Festival FENACIES began with the initiative to create a film festival specifically for young people, where the competition is fair and their creativity and effort are valued. The festival aims to become the main promoter of audiovisual production among adolescents and young people in Latin America.
